Tonight, Congressman Mike Quigley was sworn in to represent the 5th District of Illinois after being elected April 7, 2009 in special election to replace Rahm Emanuel:
Representative Quigley brings the House to 433 Members, with two vacancies still remaining for the 32nd District of California, vacated by now-Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis, and the 20th District of New York, vacated by now-Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.
