This afternoon, Speaker Boehner touted the Republican Default Act as bipartisan – an incorrect and intentionally misleading talking point the GOP whips out to mask the desperate partisanship of their scheme:

Funny, just yesterday Speaker Boehner was trying to convince his Republican members to vote for the bill because Democrats hate it:
