House Republicans Have ‘No Legislative Agenda’

Republicans have held the majority of the House of Representatives for three full years or more than 1,100 days.

You would think after all that time they would have a plan – but apparently they do not…

From POLITICO, “Jobless benefits not a top priority to House GOP”:

Republicans are three weeks away from their legislative retreat in Cambridge, Md., and as of right now, they have no legislative agenda.

Perhaps the House GOP should start with leadership and action on issues that matter most to the American people – extending unemployment benefits, immigration reform, increasing the minimum wage, and job creation.

Just a thought.
